Barely two months after I started working with my client, I was doing a routine check of his emails. There was an email from a prospective customer asking him if he was still attending the meeting that was happening right then, which I thought was odd. I knew my client, and not attending a meeting he had agreed to was out of character. I also knew this meeting with its possibility of earning a new client was important.
